Can I return part of an order?

Yes, select the specific item and quantity of boxes you'd like to return.

What if my tiles arrived damaged?

If you need to return an order, sign in to your account and request a return from the relevant order. Our team will review your request and get back to you with next steps.

As tiles are sold in full boxes and cut to order in some cases, we recommend ordering carefully and using the tile calculator on each product page before purchasing. Unopened, unused boxes in original packaging can typically be returned within 14 days of delivery.

How refunds work

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Once your return is approved and goods received, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 working days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damaged goods.
